Bel runs approved customer PCs for software repair, and runs the IT business on your own machines. You step in for physical hardware and for anything the law requires a person to do.

Two plugs. One aide.

Business machines for company work. Customer machines for repair. Bel proceeds on both once the machine is authorized.

Business machines

Your own computers. Bel keeps the desk: diagnosis plans, notes, tickets, invoice structure, and Telegram PDF reports. The USB stick remains the bench tool for drives, SMART, clone, and verify.

Customer machines

Someone with authority over that Windows PC approves the session and runs BelConnect. Bel diagnoses and fixes software over an outbound channel, then cleans up. The rule is written at /operate.

What Bel does

Deep IT, bench imaging, and business aide work — one service posture.

Diagnose & fix Local OS, services, network, and environment escalations when the machine blocks the tool — not refuse-lists.
Tech bench Client drives: identity, SMART, clone, selective copy, verify, evidence packs.
Office & books Sheets, SOPs, tickets, Beancount ledgers, PDF reports — integrations when your keys are on the stick or host.
Remote (live) Approve the PC, run BelConnect, and Bel works that session. Start at /remote. No connection without the consent checkbox.

FixHold — pay for success

For paid remote support: pre-authorize a card hold up front. Belial captures only when a verified successful fix is recorded. Fail, cancel, or expiry → hold released, no charge.

Stripe capture wiring ships with the remote control slice. The product rule is fixed now.

How it works

Business work starts in Bel chat. A customer PC starts at Remote.

On a customer PC: approve, unzip BelConnect, run BelConnect.cmd, leave it open.

Bel fixes software and writes the result. Hardware diagnosis stops at the part and the evidence.

You handle the physical repair, and any signature or license the law puts on you. Session end cleans up the connector.

Belial is a prototype service aide. Unrestricted tools on machines you authorize. Read the waiver before production use.
